Dr. Fischer was so humble right from our very first meeting. I’m so devastated typing this tribute. He was one of the best lecturers in the Anatomy department. Always wanted the best and encouraging me, I always never wanted to miss classes because he’d question my absence and wouldn’t accept any excuses. I’m really so sad but I’m sure you’re with the angels. My prayers are always with your family. Rest well, prof.

I remember how he always insisted on excellence in our school work- from seminar presentations (he always said about crowded slides, "It's PowerPoint, not power word.") All who met you were better for it. Thank you for the impact you made in my life. I trust you're resting in the bosom of Jesus. Goodbye sir.

A Tribute to My Elder Brother and Father. Oh, the Daddy I grew up to know: the loving, caring, and supportive one. Even when it's not convenient, he just can't say no. Very understanding, always considerate, looking out for you without your knowledge, and never wanting to see you hurt. I grew up not having to feel the absence of my Father you fit into that role making life easy for me, all my memories of you are memories of a dad to his daughter. I will never forget the time I was accused wrongly. Only you took the pain to discover the truth. Your unwavering love sparked a light that kept me focused in life. I will forever cherish your wisdom and guidance. I never got to know much about our dad, but I kept hearing and benefiting from his legacy. Truly, you are gone; this one thing I know: your sacrifices and the lives you have touched still live on. I was to see you, but you chose to visit saying goodbye.
