Our beloved Professor Dr Tessa Hochfeld- exceptional woman, wife to Rafi Leigh, mother to Jordan and Asher, daughter of Penny and Steve, sister to Kim and Claire and dear friend to so many. Tessa was Professor at University of Johannesburg where she worked for 13 years, a passionate proponent of social and gender justice. She was greatly loved and admired by all who were within her realm. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and colleagues. Words cannot express the loss that we are experiencing. Her memory and legacy will live on forever.
