I have so many wonderful memories with Steve, too many to tell them all. I used to be at his house every weekend with Beki and Jenni, and Steve would treat me as one of his own, welcoming me into his family home. I can remember being stuck on his floor with a bad back and he came in and was just laughing at me, which is what he did most of the time, other than when he was telling me to not laugh so loud. A wonderful man who is sorely missed. Sal scratch x

So much love, i have a few fond memories. His man u hat for one tha was falling apart lol. His beautiful wisteria he loved to show us that grew over the arch in his front garden. I remember being on the Plains in Totnes as a little girl with Jenny and he bought us an icedcream each from what is now mamerous kebabs lol. I remember getting upset with someone riding there bike on the pavement as they nearly rode into me and he told them to ride it on the road lol. He told them off lol. He was always very protective of his family and adored his girlies. Love you all! Xxxx

The most recent thing that comes to mind was ordering his lunches. Jen would be in the lounge sorting his medication and I’d sit reading the menu out to him. There were two choices every day for the main and a pudding. Whatever the two options were, without fail he’d always hesitate and then say ‘the first one’. He always said he’d enjoyed them when I asked afterwards so it seemed to work regardless of him not necessarily knowing what he was going to get! I miss him very much. I love you girls, your dad had a good heart. X

There was a man we once knew , who didn’t support shirts that were blue , it always had to be red , As you could see from what he wore on his head, A Man U hat he wore with such pride , well there must have been glue inside , A smile comes to my face as I think , That blooming thing faded to pink . Xxxxx Read this as a poem my dear girls . Love you all so much xxxxxxx
