Ralph was a dedicated family man, a great colleague and leader—an extraordinary person of great integrity. He will be remembered most for his humanity: his warmth, his humility, and his genuine care for others. Ralph treated people with respect, openness, and sincere interest—qualities that truly set him apart. He will be severely missed by all who knew him and we will remember him with deep gratitude. In this difficult time, our thoughts are with his family, to whom we extend our deepest condolences.

Sending much love and deepest condolences to Ralph's family and friends. I feel privileged to have had him as a manager for so many years. We went through some tough times but always with great humor. He was a great support and always gave good advice with kindness and honesty. I will always remember him fondly. It was very much appreciated that we were able to join and say our farewells at the funeral with his family and friends.
