Prof Miltos Petridis

I am totally shocked by this news. I only learnt about Miltos' passing today 1st Feb 2021 and I am devastated. Miltos and I conducted field research in Tanzania, while he was working at Greenwich. Such a lovely and thoroughly decent human being, always helping others and lifting spirits when things were tough. He is being missed terribly. May God protect you for ever. Rest in Peace and Raise in Glory. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

The CIS Division at the Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE, is deeply saddened by the news of losing Prof. Miltos who was an expected invited speaker at the international conference ISICS'2020 (https://www.isics-symposium.org/invited-speakers).
