Paul Muchene

Paul was my best friend since 1992. We grew up together and he has been an inspiration for me for the past 30 years. He was a close companion at the most difficult times of our childhood. He is a heavenly soul. God will most surely look after his soul as he continues to live amongst us.

I remember Paul as being so full of life and passion, especially for all things related to the Internet. My fondest memories of him were when we somehow managed to find ourselves like 2 fish out of water in full golf regalia at the Durban Country Club almost 10 years ago during an ICANN meeting. We had some great laughs then.

Paul, A very special person who answers to a call of duty quickly and with all the energy. Very passionate, warm soul and a very dependable person. We were yet to complete our project for the young people. We will remember you in October as we reassemble because you were to be there. RIP Paul.

I am very saddened by the news. Paul was such a warm and empathetic personality, and a great colleague.

Wisdom, Kind, And a brilliant friend with encyclopedic polite answers and opinions even in critical or controversial matters. he was very calm and spread a safe & peaceful ambiance wherever we met. R.I.P. my friend. deep sadness is what I feel, I met him just several times in Berlin, and he left deep respect and a valuable impression, My condolences to His family and friends who knew him for a longer time than me as it is a significant loss.
