Pastor Olugbenga studied Mathematic & Statistics at the University. He worked for many years as a teacher in schools in the UK before he resigned to give his time to what God has called him to do. Until His death, He was the CEO of Kingly Ed Consult, a tutoring business that has been a blessing to many. Pastor Olugbenga was a man of faith and prayer with strong prophetic insight into God’s word. He was called into ministry in 1992 and began as an itinerant minister. He has been a blessing to many ministries in UK and in Africa. He believes men always ought to pray and has organised many prayer conferences. He was the Founding Pastor of Royal Priesthood International church, United Kingdom. He is survived by his aged Mom, Siblings, wife and three children.

Late Pastor Gbenga Ayankogbe was a lover of God to the core and a lover of God’s people to a fault. This love is evident in his selfless dedication to serving God and mankind. While at LVCU in UNILAG, he served in many capacities and as Exco member. Always available to lend helping hands to others even at the detriment of his comfort. Extremely cheerful, full of life and full of laughter....Never a dull moment around him. His departure, humanly speaking, seem too soon, but we thank God that he lived an impactful life and he is in a better place right now... living in glory and worshipping God. Hmm my bosom and covenant friend, Oluwagbenga Adeyemi, I feel miserable because no words or actions no known price I or any mortal could offer to snatch you out of the hands of the grim reaper I bow in silence with a heavy heart to what the Lord God, whom we both shared His Word and believed in, had permitted Your mum was my mum, my mum was yours, your siblings were my siblings as you were to my siblings, your wife was a friend and sister in LVCU, same family group in the Fellowship, and we were glued together in the maths dept Unilag We shared secrets, hopes and dreams so many and no matter what came between us when we sighted each other, it must melt away into the oblivion, but the Lord had chosen to take you away from this plane to Himself with all I could ever hope to share with you tomorrow, blessed be His Name Now my unending grief because of mummy, our brother and sisters, your wife and kids that are more like your friends, how much we all miss you, I pray the Lord will give all the family members the grace and fortitude to carry on in life as we keep the memories of our times with you alive in our hearts and with the hope of embracing each other once again on that glorious morning in Jesus Name. Gbenga, i cant’ believe you are no more on this earth.. I’m still shock by your demise.. Gbenga and I went to the same secondary school in Nigeria and we reconnected in the UK a few years back. Gbenga I will miss you and your jokes... You were so full of life and always happy... you had so much love to give and had a heart of gold.. You have accomplished many good things in life. Words fail me at this moment as I write this but I'll try. I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through right now. Gbenga wasn't just a friend, he was my brother and I loved him. I miss the laughter with him and how I loved to tease him. Gbenga was a good man! He had a good heart towards people and he was a giver. He was also a lover of God. If anything, I want you to take solace in the fact that God loved him and He loves you and the children and He will never allow any of you to suffer. He will take care of you. You're in my heart and in my prayers. Gbenga will never be forgotten. I'm sure when He sees God, he will be assured that you and the children will be alright. Tell the kids that Dad is in a much better place. Where he is, he won't worry about you because he knows that God has got you all covered. Tell Blessed that Dad will be watching her grow into a mature and responsible young lady, full of virtue and grace. Tell Isaac that Dad will be watching his dance moves and cheering him on. He will dazzle the world with his gift and fulfill his purpose in life. Tell Praise that Dad sees her tears, and everytime she cries, he's right there telling her it's going to be alright. She's a star in the making! I know my dear sister that you might have lost a companion but trust me, God will surprise you with much more in times to come.
