I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Öivind. He was not just our leader in a challenging time but also a people person caring about everyone. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. My thoughts are with Öivind’s family and his loved ones.

I was truly saddened to hear about Öivind’s passing. Öivind was not an ordinary CEO, and I still clearly remember meeting him, for the first time, three years ago during my recruitment process. I expected a formal interview with an executive in a suit, but that was not Öivind. His informal manner made an immediate impression, in the best possible way. He had a unique ability to put people at ease, making you quickly forget he was the CEO. But beyond his warm personality, he also delivered remarkable results. Successfully turning around OpusCapita and then finally securing new ownership. He made a clear impact, both as a leader and as a person. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

With deep sorrow, I have learned of the sudden and unexpected passing of our esteemed CEO. This news has deeply shocked and left me speechless. Oivind was an exceptional leader who always had an open ear for his employees and was very approachable. In our conversations, I experienced his friendly and determined nature firsthand, and I will always cherish these memories. During these difficult times, I wish you much comfort, strength, and confidence.

Når en av oss blir revet ut av livet så uventet og brått, er det vi som sitter igjen rystet, målløse og numne. Min dypeste medfølelse går til dere, hans kjære familie, som nå trenger tid til å ta farvel, til å sørge og til å forstå det som har skjedd. Jeg er takknemlig, Öivind, for den absolutte tilliten du har vist meg på min reise i OpusCapita. Du har alltid gitt meg tillit til at jeg er i stand til å takle utfordringer. Hvil i fred.

I will remember Oivind not only as the best CEO of the company in which I had the opportunity to work, but also a very warm, loving man who treated everyone equally, always had half an hour for everyone to talk about important and unimportant things. He was a person who tried with all his might to make us a harmonious team. We will all miss him very much. I send my condolences to all his family and loved ones.
