I didn't get to write a letter like the rest. It's six years since you left. And I know I was little and have vague memories but I clearly remember the birthday calls and the weekly ones too. Always asking If I was taking care of your daughter (my mother). I have grown older and known more of the many things you did and I'm so grateful for your existence. I have grown to also know that surely we'll meet again and I hope heaven is beautiful to you. Sleep beautifully Grandma, till Christ comes.

Remembering my beloved Aunty with fondness. Indeed, the memory of the righteous is blessed...Proverbs 10:7.

Mummy, I cannot believe that you are gone. You are a true definition of "A Mother " to your biological and non- biological children and a very good wife as well. I am very privileged to have you as my 2nd mother and I cherished the time myself and my children spent with you. You taught me so many things, endurance, tolerance, fear of God,Love. I wish you are still here to see myself and your granddaughters making a great impact in the society. Thank you mummy for raising us well with Love and fear of the Lord. I missed your bakings especially your mouth watering rock buns and puff puff.

Exactly a year today, 17th may 2020, we heard the sudden and sad news of the demise of our Aunty. It actually came as a rude shock. You all did your best to keep her alive, but God needed her at that time. Who are we to question God? He does as he pleases. We take solace and are consoled by the legacies she left behind. A dutiful and caring wife, a wonderful mother, a loving Aunty, and a dotting Granma. Missed but not forgotten. May you continue to rest peacefully in the bosom of your maker. It is well my dear aburos.

The memory of our loved ones is always blessed. Mum was a strong and vibrant ,full of life person. I remember the first time I met her on a visit to Fade. May she continually rest in peace with greater testimonies in the family she left behind.
