Dear Natalia, it is difficult to express the shock and sadness that I felt when I learnt the news of your passing. Knowing the fighter that you are, I was guilty of assuming that this would be another victory. Instead you have left a legacy that I'm sure your family and friends take great heart from at this terribly difficult time. I always enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with you in our meetings and for the sense of fun, energy and fierce passion you brought to everything you did. We will all miss you, and I send my heartfelt condolences to your family and all at Sennheiser Audio.

I remember meeting Natalia 14 years ago at a Global HR Conference. She was a smart woman and strong leader. Over the years we crossed paths at various workshops and conferences and would catch up on various topics and perspectives. I enjoyed our conversations. My deepest sympathies to the family during this very difficult time. May she rest in peace.

My heartfelt condolences to you Vitaly and the entire private and business family. Natalia was not only a colleague to me but became a good friend over the years. Dear Natalia, I first got to know about you 14 years back from Sharmila that there is a lady in Russia who is like her sister (strong, caring, smart, intelligent) and later other leaders confirmed that. I had a great pleasure and opportunity to work with you as part of HR community and MD Leadership team along with other great leaders and good people. I remember the recent learning and sharing time as a buddy during CP Leadership Training. I will always remember your strong leadership skills, caring nature, being a great host and a lady who knows how to live a life. I will miss you a lot. RIP

Seeing Natalia holding a mic and giving speech at SE Russia’s Kick-off meeting was one the moments I will never forget— what a strong leader with a big big heart, a fighter with optimistic spirit, a beautiful woman with warmth from inside. Natalia was always happy to help. She has given so much love and care to her team, to her peers and to me personally. In the last five years, Natali was so generous to guide me and advised me without any reservation. Before my move to China, she gave me a call and named it “Girls Talk” and injected incredible courage to me... I will always miss her ..... my deepest condolence to Natalia’s beloved ones.

With her kindness and guidance Natalia always made me wanting to learn more about Russia and its beautiful people. But much more than that, she touched everyone, who had the chance to meet her, with her unforgetable humor, passion and empathy, just to name a few. And there will always be only one way to pronounce my name Basti and that is the "Natalia way". My thoughts are with her, her family, her friends and her team. I miss you, rest in peace Natalia.
