I am so terribly sorry to hear about Mark. I boxed at the BABC in 2005 and have such fond memories. I remember being floored by a straight right to the throat in my first bout and Mark yelling at me to get up (which I did - and then lost anyway). Afterwards he was laughing, he said he'd never seen anyone take a direct punch to the throat haha. Mark was such a great man an mentor and i shall often think of him. Truly sorry to all his family and friends. Rest in peace Mark. Big love.

Mark I shall miss the jesting and the jokes we shared about football I have known you a long time an honest guy who said it as it was Mr reliable who loved his family and as genuine as they come will miss you mate and it won't be the same looking over and not seeing you in the corner rip xxxxx

Fly high Simmo and you’ll be up there on the big site telling them some laughs , only seems a short time we were sharing a beer and laugh in flukeys and you’ll be sorely missed my old mate . So pleased bruv (snuff) introduced us all that time ago an workin along with you . My condolences to all simmos family and we have lost a true lovely fella who always had time for anyone .
