Mark joined Juriba in December 2018 as a Technical Consultant in the Professional Services Team. From the very beginning, Mark’s enthusiasm and dedication shone through and he advanced to the role of Senior Consultant. His exceptional interpersonal skills endeared him to both customers and colleagues alike, achieving some truly innovative and exceptional technical solutions. Mark’s genuine commitment to building lasting relationships left a profound impact on everyone he worked with, through his openness and willingness to share his personal experiences, from dieting tips to hen keeping and organic gardening. His most recent customer, with whom he had a long-standing relationship, has shared fond memories and positive feedback, expressing deep sorrow at his passing. Mark was a cherished member of the Juriba Professional Services team and the wider Juriba community. Known for his easy-going nature, excellent sense of humour, and even the odd Metallica karaoke cover, he was always at the heart of company gatherings and celebrations. Professionally, Mark was ever willing to lend a hand and support his colleagues. He often spoke lovingly of his boys and the wonderful family holidays they enjoyed in their caravan in Wales. Mark’s presence will be deeply missed by everyone at Juriba.

I only had the pleasure of working with Mark a few times when he visited Norway, but I cherish every meet and every conversation we had online. Both work and private topics. He was such a warm and loving person, and he always saw you and made you smile. His love of board games and his family and the fact we had kids similar age and struggles, was always a warm and comforting topic. I will miss him and remember him fondly!

Although I didn't work directly with Mark, I remember fondly our chats and laughter at work events and most recently, him singing to Metallica with Dave at Karoake!
