Our deepest condolances to Donna and the family. Mom always looked forward to hearing from Rev. Jobb over the years. Many fond memories from the years Rev. Jobb served at Port La Tour United Baptist Church. We keep a binder of his inspirational stories in Mom's room at Bayside and read them to her from time to time. Today we also discovered the sad news of his passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Donna, Susan, Mark, Bethany & the extended Jobb families: My dad & mom (Allen (2019) & Bette (2014) (Donna’s cousin) talked about Less with fond memories. Every once in a while, Less would call us from Nova Scotia to see how we were doing & to regale us with tales of his times together with my parents & their extended families & times passed. He often talked about his family & how they were all doing. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all as your mourn his loss. So sorry to read of Rev. Jobb’s passing. I remember back about 25+ years ago when he served as the interim pastor at Zion United Baptist Church, in Yarmouth, NS, for a period of time just after he retired from full time ministry. He travelled from Wentworth to Yarmouth every week. We appreciated having him for the period of time he was here and he would joke about his “short” drive to be with us every week. My Sincere condolences to Donna, and the entire family, as you go through these difficult days ahead.

To the Family; It was Ames who married Bonnie ( nee Coldwell) while he pastored in Avonport. It was Les who took me to Acadia Divinty College later that summer to meet with Dean Milton when I sensed God's call to ministry. It was Les who acted as my mentor as a student pastor, and Les who called me around 2012 when I was recovering from serious eye surgery. Les was a gentle, caring Pastor, and my life, and lives of others were changed because of him.

Heartfelt condolences to Donna and family during your time of loss. I remember Pastor Jobb from days at EPBC. I remember Les as a gentle, caring, and a man of integrity. We had an evening of fellowship years later when visiting family in Lockeport, NovaScotia. May you find comfort, peace and hope in “The circle of God’s love. Blessings! Amy Seaboyer
