Kathy was born in Fremantle, WA, in 1946. She grew up in Perth, and moved to Kalgoorlie when she married. She has four boys. She separated from her husband in 1988 and settled in Melbourne, living in Berwick for 20 years. She has four grandchildren. Kathy passed away in May 2021, and we now join to celebrate her life by sharing our memories of her.

Still I often almost message Kathy with a picture of a beautiful rose. When I see one I think of her. I miss Kathy's extensive knowledge and love of gardening. Our John Wayne picture swaps were always fun. I will miss our political discussions and hearing about her family whom she loved so, so much. Rest in peace Kathy. So good to know you.

Kathy...I only met you a few times when my brother Eugene moved into your street. Always chatty..always wanting to show your lovely garden. So thrilled that a grandchild was showing musical talents. We exchanged cliveas and hoping to see it flower so will think of you. Hope you find your peace now. With sympathy to all the family!

Our sincere condolences to Kathy's family and grandchildren. We only knew Kathy for such a short time having moved into the rental next door. Kathy was such a warm spirited and welcoming neighbour who always took the time chat at the garden gate. We were so sad to hear that she had passed away.
