Dear Julia, while we’ve never met I feel like I know you a bit through Katharina. I’m so glad for you that she was “stuck” in Germany these last few years so you could spend quality time with her. I’ve gotten to know Katharina since she started at ServiceMax - she was one of my closest work colleagues and a friend. My go-to person for both work related questions and reality checks! I cannot believe she is gone - we had just spoke the Friday before. I will miss her and our weekly zoom calls - for work and to catch up. She was a high quality person who was thoughtful and kind. She will be missed by many. Thoughts and prayers for happy memories to get you and your family through these tough days ahead.

Dear Julia, my sincere condolences. It's so hard to find words to describe how sorry I am that Katharina is no longer with us. I wish I met her in person. I truly enjoyed our zinc and zoom conversations. It was so heart warming to see her efforts to help Ukraine. I will never forget how she offered to host my cancer-stricken friend from Kyiv! Although I only met Katharina in person once she made a lasting impact. On my first trip since joining ServiceMax she made me feel very welcome and was incredibly kind and funny. I wish all her friends, family and colleagues warm wishes. My deepest condolences to all grieving this devastating loss.

Julia - I am so sorry for your loss. Kat was a breath of fresh air when I met her 5 years ago - so much excitement and optimism with our teams. She was strong and looking back - actually helped me a more positive person - for which I'm indebted. She will be missed and will always be remembered.
