Can I thank you all on behalf of all the family, for your very kind words and the good memories you have of John. We were deeply moved by the comments and never realised how much he was loved in a professional and personal manner by his collegues. It filled our hearts with immense pride to read all the comments. Our warmest thanks and regards once again.

My deepest condolences to John’s family and loved ones. John was a constant source of kindness, a true example of positivity and support. I genuinely can’t recall a day in the office that wasn’t made better by his presence among us. His warmth and uplifting spirit had a way of brightening even the busiest days. It was a true privilege to work alongside such an exceptional person. I will miss him dearly.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague John. He was not only a valued member of our team but also a friend to many — always ready to lend a hand, offer encouragement, and brighten the day with his positivity. The messages being shared speak volumes about the impact he had on everyone in Hillington. He will always be remembered with great affection and respect. Thoughts are with his family and friends.

Sincere condolences to John's family, friends and colleagues. I am saddened to hear of his loss. His gentleman demeanour will be sorely missed. He had a kind and calming approach during my coaching sessions through out the years, so patient and full of knowledge. RIP

My deepest condolences to all of John's family and friends. I was deeply saddened to hear of John's passing. I started alongside John working in FE services and then trained together as assessors. He was a valued colleague and friend. He was kind, funny and always there to help. He will be deeply missed.

John was someone I first met when I started in 2022. Even when I was annoying, loud or questioned everything too much he dealt with everything calmly and with a great sense of humour. I heard of his passing with great shock and sadness. I sincerely hope his family can see he was an individual well loved within SLC and that he will be missed. Rest well, Stinson.
