Shrivenham Parish Council invites you join us in remembering his life of service to this country and to Her Majesty The Queen by signing the book of condolence here. The book will remain open until 5pm on the day after the funeral.

A lifetime of service and devotion to us all. An incredible man who will be sorely missed, HRH Prince Philip leaves a legacy spanning generations through his amazing achievements including the Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme which I feel privileged to have undertaken. We were able to observe a powerful and deeply personal funeral today and our thoughts are with the Queen and the entire Royal Family.

HRH Prince Phillip will long be remembered by all my family and the wider public. I vividly remember watching the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth the second aged 8 in 1953 on my families return to the UK from Singapore where my father was a RAF officer. It was thanks to Prince Phillip that it was televised. He has gone on to be a modernizing influence on the monarchy and a lifetime of service to our country RIP

HRH Prince Philip was a wonderful character who dedicated his life to supporting our Queen and country over 73 years having relinquished his chance of advancing his career in the Royal Navy. My late husband met him at the Windsor Rugby Club and said how natural and amusing he was. My thoughts are with the Queen and the Royal family for their sad loss, he will be missed.

A life of dedicated and passionate service well-lived in indomitable style. I enjoyed some of that bonkers humour when we met at Britannia Royal Naval College a few years ago.
