Most dear Natasha, I am utterly heartsick. This is an unimaginable loss, and I cannot express how deeply sad I am for you and Eva and everyone who loves Zhenya. I only met him in person, that one week we had with you all in Berlin, but both Jon and I completely fell for him and his joyousness, his insight, his wit, his view on the whole world. We will miss him. I send you all my love and care. I'm so so so so so so sorry.
