I feel privilaged to have known Br Darryl. To me his zeal and humility stood out, beside his cheaky side. He was such a great example of faithfulness for all of us to imitate. I love my memories of tea breaks out witnessing from the back of his car with Br Darryl sitting on his fold out chair. Even though he wasn't well he was always out and he made us laugh and love the ministry. At the meetings he always made you feel cared for by his personal interest. I will miss not seeing him when I visit St Andrews in the future. But as I've mentioned I feel privileged and enriched to have known him. What a beautiful privilege for you to have had such an amazing husband, father and grandfather. My heart goes out to you at this time. May Jehovah continue to strengthen and support you. Our memories of Darryl: hospitality in front of Donovan's fire to 2 new Bethelites; always a hot thermos of coffee with a bikky out of the back of the wagon on a Saturday morning; his excitement over any prophetic developments with a bit of speculation thrown in!
