During the pandemic, Cecelia played a crucial role in her job within the respiratory department at the local hospital, ensuring the timely delivery of essential oxygen tanks by maintaining vital relationships with vendors. Cecelia's favorite things: Known for homemade sweet bread and black cake, cod fish fritters, sorrel and mauby. Cooking and baking, home renovation shows, cooking shows, Thomas Kincade paintings. Cecelia's favorite things to wear: Scarves, jewelry, perfume, doing her nails (Krazy Glue was her friend). Cecelia's favorite memories: Growing up in Trinidad, she enjoyed riding bikes, climbing trees, helping her grandfather fix things, flying kites, tending to the garden, helping take care of the animals.
