Banke, you welcomed me when I first moved to Nigeria all those years ago, and were always a supporter of my work. You built up the technology and innovation / entrepreneurship space in Lagos and Nigeria and your impact will be felt for years to come. Our prayers are with you - rest in peace

Banke, I can't call you my patient because most times when you come to the clinic, we gist for minutes to hours before we talk about why you came. You're so gentle, calm and bold. It's sad that we won't gist again but God knows bless. Keep resting on his blossom.

I met Banke during the CodeLagos project. She was super-intelligent and committed to spreading the Gospel of digital literacy and preparedness for the 21st century workplace. A tireless technology evangelist, I was constantly awed by how she balanced her demanding role with Lagos State and a never ending line-up of trainings and workshop. She lived a life of impact and is resting in peace now. My thoughts are with her family and loved ones. Rest in peace, Banke.

Dear Ms Banke, you'll be greatly missed in the Nigerian tech ecosystem especially for the girl child and the school children, including the out of schools, the higher edu and adult literacy - codeLagos, ReadySetWork, Eko_n_Keko, etc Your sacrifice and labour is what many of us still enjoy today.
