As you may know, I had personally interviewed Arjun recently for a Mechanical/Electrical Apprentice role at our Company, which we had verbally offered to him and he had accepted and so we were all looking forward to him joining us this week for what we believed would be a bright future. Arjun had impressed me greatly at interview and you should be proud of him as I found him to be a very capable, confident and pleasant young man for whom I had such high hopes and so will be greatly missed by us at the Company given what we felt he would have achieved. Consequently, my fellow Directors, together with all Managers and employees would like to join me in expressing our sincerest condolences to you and your family at this sad time. Arjun my best friend , my joy my pride , I never thought he’d leave like this but the fact I had the bonus of being at work with him at Make Uk as well as outside of work is something special , he always left a smile and was the most humble , respectable , maturest guy ive ever met especially for his age , you will always be in my heart coco my baby bro . His light is definitely shining down on us all and we all are lucky for being allowed to meet such a wonderful person. #CW

I genuinely was devestated when I heard of this tragic news, it genuinely shocked me. Arjun was full of character, and a cheeky lad, and always brought laughter to the room, but wanted to do well in life and give the best he could and I know he adored his family. I only found out about this last night and I also am stunned and heart broken!!! I first met Arjun when he was 15 and instantly fell in love with his character, he was full of joy and he kept me entertained for a good 2 years when I worked directly with him!!! Arjun and my self had many discussions about the way forward, he challenged conventional thoughts, always respecting my opinion, but always having one himself. Such a sad loss to a generation that needs characters of the calibre of Arjun... The worlds a sadder place for his passing and I certainly won't forget this amiable young man .My sincere condolences to you all...
