Rest well Baba!. You happened to be my late dad's friend. You drove me to Ife to ensure I got admission there; you gave out your car to me to use during my wedding; you took me to Osun State government to award me a contract ; you still ensured the job contract when awarded to me was not hijacked by some canals; you did many more for me. God will be with the family you left behind.

Papa fought a good fight whilst here with us and was profoundly victorious as confirmed by his numerous legacies and condolences expressed thus far. I myself bear witness to his charitable conducts for which I remain obliged. Although he appears gone for good but surely his legacies endure and I'm assured he's in the best place ever simply smiling down at us. Rest well sir in absolute peace.Amen.

Why was it that when the film was an interesting to watch ,and the actor just left the play. Baba. you are not the type to die for now. Aralopon community will not forget you.. Rest in peace.

TRIBUTE TO LATE DR AMIEL MODUPE FAGBULU A great scholar and a colossal in education in Nigeria has passed on to eternal glory. Dr Amiel Modupe Fagbulu has a very remarkable personality with a great wealth of knowledge, wisdom and foresight. He was a great mathematician and for him data is the thing and nothing else to drive a better education system. Baba Fagbulu as he was fondly known, worked tirelessly to improve the planning and management of education system in Nigeria. Having credible and valid data was his passion. He always talked about the critical need for valid and reliable education data for proper planning and management of the education system in Nigeria and so he pioneered, encouraged and guided the establishment growth and development of the Federal Ministry of Education Data Bank, computerization of data and development of Education Management Information Systems( EMIS) in Nigeria. At various meetings with International Development Partners, Governments and Agencies , Baba Fagbulu usually made his points very clear about the critical need for credible data, ensured the implementation of all activities involved to collect proper data and obtained the necessary financial support . Today the evidences are there for everyone to see; as we now have EMIS at national and state levels , the Federal Ministry of Education Data Digests now produced yearly as different from every five years( due to lack of funds); and researchers, educational planners, PhD students and consultants are able to access and make use of this great resource to support their various research works. Dr Fagbulu was an author of many books especially in mathematics, basic education and other educational books. His works are recognized in WorldCat Identities which indicated that he authored 19 works in 30 publications in 3 languages and has 86 library holdings worldwide. He always talked proudly about his days at the Harvard University. He has touched humanity, scholars, students, his immediate community in Ilesha in many ways, the poor and has impacted significantly on the education system in Nigeria. Dr Amiel Modupe Fagbulu would be greatly missed. May his gentle soul rest in peace Amen I send my condolences to Chief Mrs. Dr Iyabo Fagbulu her family and the entire members of the Fagbulu family. May God comfort them. Amen.

Daddy Amiel Modupe Fagbulu left amazing legacies in EDUCATION discipline, time -consciousness amongst others. His sense of humour will be highly missed. The Lord will preserve his family. Amen
