For more than four years, Roberto was a valued and familiar member of our EMEA webcast production team. He regularly took on some of our most challenging webcasts and had a remarkable ability to manage even the most difficult situations and clients with calmness, professionalism and ease. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, he supported colleagues and clients across the region and was someone we could always depend on. Above all, Roberto was a truly wonderful teammate and friend. His warmth, talent and generosity will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of working with him. Roberto leaves behind his wife, Valérie, and their 18 year old twin daughters, Nina and Lily.

Roberto, my dear friend. I'm going to miss you, and our morning meetings won't be the same without you making me jealous with tales of your runs along the beach. Your ability to bring calm to even the most difficult situation was something truly special, and it will be greatly missed. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing you was better for it.
