Veronique Cornet

Véronique Cornet was een Belgisch volksvertegenwoordiger en burgemeester. Licentiaat in de rechten aan de ULB, werd ze in 1994 gemeenteontvanger in Thuin. Ze begon aan een politieke loopbaan bij de PRL, in het kielzog van haar grootvader Clotaire Cornet en haar vader Philippe Cornet. Van 1997 tot 1999 was ze liberaal volksvertegenwoordiger. In 1999 werd ze lid van het Waals Parlement en van het Parlement van de Franse Gemeenschap. In 2004 werd ze ondervoorzitster van het Waals Parlement. Sinds 2001 was ze burgemeester van Montigny-le-Tilleul, in opvolging van haar vader en haar grootvader.

My condolences go out to the family. I am so sorry too hear of the lost of a dear loved one to this family. Dealing with this situation can be the hardest thing to face. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” God also promises a hope for ones to have life again at John 5: 28,29a : Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out.
