Today is your birthday. Almost 3 years since you passed, and losing you still hurts so much. I miss your voice, your raucous laughter, your compassion and love, and so many other things. You still come to me in my dreams sometimes, and I treasure that. The kids and I strive to keep your memory and your wonderful legacy alive. You are still loved, and I hope I one day get to heaven to see you again.

My darling, every day is a struggle as I miss your larger than life presence. You gave so much love and kindness into the world, and asked so little in return. I will always feel like I didn’t deserve you, and I will always appreciate you for loving me deeply and unconditionally, giving me 2 amazing children in Grace and Ethan, and trusting me to be your husband. I love you more than anything in the whole wide world, no matter what.

Dear Tamara, I don’t know anyone else who so profoundly has had positive impact on the life of my friend Duane. From the first days of your relationship with Duane I have known you to be warm, inviting, non-judgmental, and so naturally and casually giving. You brought to Duane a sense of family, and extended that to me personally when I was so far from my own family. It was a honor and joy to be continuously welcomed into your growing relationship with Duane, from girlfriend, to wife, and mother. I shall never forget your generosity and warmth. May your soul rest in peace, and may you join the Lord’s company knowing that He will look after the family and friends you leave behind, and that we have been forever touched by your brief presence in our lives.

An amazing soul you were my love. You were full of love, joy, and always so positive no matter the circumstances. You always saw light at the end of the tunnel. How will one forget that smile, that laughter? You seemed to know how to encourage everyone around you. You were generous, you loved hard, and you feared God. Your love for your husband, your children, your family and everyone around you was visible, always. You had so much strength and you were definitely a go-getter. You were not scared to take up a challenge. I'll always admire this about you. What is now left for us to do, is to live up to the many lessons you taught us; and that we will my friend. RIP Tamara, you will never be forgotten. Our condolences to Duane, to Grace, to Ethan, and to the entire family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My dearest Tamara, you had a heart of gold and a personality that lit up a room! My heart breaks for your family especially your beautiful babies. Always ready to lend a helping hand it was an absolute privilege to have worked with her.Heaven has gained an angel. Rest in peace dear Tamara.

Tamara was a ray of sunshine in our office. Many mornings she would be the first person I would meet at the parking garage and we would share a short trip on the lift from B2 to 4th Floor. She was always positive and full of energy, always smiling. Will always be grateful that I got to meet and work with Tamara. Our sincere condolences to Duane, their children and extended family. I had the privilege of working with Tamara at Puma Energy a few years and there was never a dull moment sitting next to her. We had so many laughs, she had such a great sense of humor and I’ll never be able to eat popcorn “gracefully” without thinking of Tamara. Kind, caring, sincere, helpful, generous, fun-loving, beautiful inside and out are words that come to mind when I think of her... what a shining light she was in this world. Tamara, you have touched so many people in so many ways, we will never forget your infectious laugh, your beaming smile, your kind heart and beautiful soul. Rest In Peace beautiful friend, you will always be remembered and loved. To Duane and the kids.... may God be with you at this difficult time and may you find comfort in knowing that Tamara’s spirit will never leave you, she will be with you - always.

I am shocked and deeply saddened by the news of Tamara's passing. She was a colleague that was always a pleasure to bump into in the office. Her kind presence and sense of humour will be dearly missed and my condolences go out to her family and friends after this tragic loss.
