Terry Tyler

I am envious of the people who have known Terry for much longer than I did. In the few years I knew and worked with Terry, he demonstrated a level of dedication, honesty, professionalism and humility that most guys could only aspire to. His qualities made a positive difference to everything he was involved with. Terry's number was saved in my phone as 'Terry Towelling' and I took pleasure in talking to him everytime his name appeared on the screen - I was always happy to help Terry and nothing was too much trouble for Terry to help others. I remember sharing a chuckle with Terry when he told me some of the 'unusual things' he'd found as he was processing defects on a residential scheme - still brings a smile to my face to this day. Now he's looking after Health and Safety in Heaven - so they're in good hands and he'll no doubt be winning a few awards up there too. Thoughts with Terry's family. Rest easy Bud!

Terry, I was not fortunate enough to have got to know you personally although having heard your name across the companies day to day life as often as i did, it almost feels as though i did know you personally. Everytime your name was mentioned it was in very high regard both for your work efforts and your kind, friendly character. Your efforts, contribution and loyalty to the company will never be forgotten. My heart goes out to your family and friends at this tragic time. RIP x

Terry, further suitabile words to adequately reflect how well you were thought of elude me, other than to say that once met, you could never be forgottten. The words i have used in my tributes have now been echoed and amplified by your many friends and colleagues which remains a hugh testament to your popularity. I remain unable to find any further appropriate words that could be of any further comfort to family, friends and colleagues at this time which would adequately reflect the loss of such a kind, hard working, caring, resolute and popular member of our team.I can only thank you for being part of the LJJ team for all the years that we had the privilege of you being part of our team and we sincerely thank you for being such a wonderful person who brought so much happiness and humour into what can at times be a challenging Industry. Our heartfelt condolenses are with Terrys family, friends and colleagues at this time.

Terry was true gentleman. He was always one of the first on site in the mornings and always had cheery smile to afford all that he saw. I would like to wish his family my heart felt condolences at this sad time. Terry will be missed by so many and hopefully the family will get some comfort in knowing Terry was a legend.

Terry, I always enjoyed working with you. I was always at ease when you was on site, as I knew you could sort out any problems that came up. There was never a dull moment, from talking about Burts watch, Charlies latest antics to who wants a cuppa. I was especially impressed by your lunches. you even started tea Friday....which meant I had to make it all day. RIP buddy..it was a pleasure to have known you

Terry was one of the good guys in this world, always a real pleasure to work with and to know. We will miss him. My sincere condolences to his family for their sad loss. RIP Terry.
