SLN Murthy Sir was a highly respected expert in PCB, Systems, Signal Integrity, and EMI/EMC domains. He was the brains behind India's first PCB CAD group. Always willing to help and make a positive impact, he heeded Dr. APJ Kalam's encouragement to help the Indian Government in the Missile/Aviation Systems Electronics Development and left his public sector job in 1987. With an entrepreneurial spirit at his core, he embarked on his business journey in the late '80s, establishing a company that provided PCB CAD and Systems Engineering services, including Signal Integrity and EMI/EMC. Over time, he led various ventures, including Virtulive and Infinipack. Murthy Sir was passionate about empowering professionals and was actively involved in creating courses for undergraduates in Electronics Packaging and System Design. In India, he is recognized as a pioneer, teacher, and mentor in the fields of PCB and Systems Engineering.

Deep condolences for his family on this Greatest Loss… I met SLNM sir at Wuerth Elektronik, Bangalore, he was so passionate to teach us about PCB standards and Quality Management in PCB design. It is a great loss for ECAD industry in India.
