Renato sempre foi uma inspiração pessoal e profissional para mim e para todos os que tiveram a grande oportunidade de conhecê-lo. Sempre será lembrado pelo impacto positivo que produzia em todos ao seu redor, pela serenidade nas conversas e sabedoria em tudo que fazia. Meus sentimentos à família.

Renato was a true leader full of energy and passion for making things better. I had the privilige of spending time with him in Sao Paulo and his hospitality was truly heartwarming. I still cant come to grips with the fact that he is no more, its a terrible loss for the firm and for me personally.

The loss of Renato is so hard to comprehend. I'm grateful for being able to work with him, learn from him and share many treasured conversations and visits with him over the last decade. He valued personal relationships above all and beamed with pride when he would talk about his daughters and the MMB accomplishments within his region. He cared so deeply about his team and moving the industry forward. Not an ounce of pretention - nothing but integrity - in such an amazing man. We are all devastated and heartbroken. Deepest condolences to Nicole, Caroline and Isabella. Rest in peace Renato.

Renato was a wonderful person and a committed leader, hard-working, ethical and very intelligent. He was also an exemplary family man, very dedicated to his wife and daughters. My deepest condolences to them.

Renato was a great leader and a fantastic busines partner. He was kind and collaborative yet strongly commercial. He always made me feel very welcome in LatAm.

Renato has been my mentor, leader and friend for more than 10 years. I will miss his advice, patience,integrity and values.
