Qamar Abbass (Shah Ji): A Life of Dedication and Friendship. This memorial is dedicated to our dear classmate, Qamar Abbass. It is indeed a very sad news! Although we spent four good years at UET, Taxila, I came to know him better during my stay in Qatar. He had a unique charm to his personality. One really enjoyed his company whether it be enjoying night desert safari with barbecue or spending all night discussing politics, sports or history. His knowledge on various topics was immensely strong. You will be dearly missed brother. May Allah give him the highest ranks in Jannah and give patience to all family members to bear this great loss!! Ameen

It is with deep sadness that we learn of the passing of our colleague, Qamar Abbass (Shah Ji) of CDM Smith. Qamar will be remembered as a dedicated professional and, more importantly, a kind and sincere individual who was respected and valued by all who had the privilege of working with him. His commitment, integrity, and strong character were evident throughout his career and left a lasting impression on everyone around him.
