Dearest sis Peju - to those who knew you, your call back is still a big loss to the body of Christ. In your absence, we grieve but not as an unbeliever who has no hope because we know we will see you on resurrection day. You brought light and wisdom, in your unique way to every challenging situation. It’s still cold and grey after 2 years but we thank God for the Grace to reflect on the beautiful memories we shared with you. Rest in peace, dear sister and friend, your memory we will keep in our heart, your laughter in our dreams… Though you've gone from this world to our Lord Jesus Christ . The sweet memories lives on in our hearts, an eternal Grace…

Adieu Cousin. Darling Peju, sleep well until we meet again in Heaven. What a day of rejoicing that will be. ❤️

Dear PJ, this is a rude shock. I recall our first meeting at EBC; you were very pleasant, kind and a fashionista. You and Sherone became my big sisters; we worked out together after work, played tennis often and prayed. You had such a beautiful spirit. This news is difficult to comprehend. My dear PJ, you will always be remembered. I pray for strength for your loved ones and may God watch over them. You are deeply loved, and you will be missed. Sun re o!

Still shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend PJ. Such a beautiful soul, with her big smile & always laughter. That's how I remember her, always happy and a pleasure to be in your company. Thoughts & prayers are with her family and friends . May she rest in eternal peace.

Ola, I waited for you to respond to my calls and text from Wednesday, Thursday to Friday. It was out of character not to returnmy calls. Shocked to receive a text that Peju is no more. I thought it was expensive joke. What a sad and shocking news May your beautiful soul rest in perfect peace.

You lighted up every room you went into and could do so much for everyone around you What an honour to have known you - I thought we had time so I never got in touch and left many words unsaid . May God comfort your loved ones most especially your husband

It’s hard to put into words how I feel about Peju’s passing. Of course the natural emotions of loss and nostalgia are all over me, but there’s something else. A strange sense of frustration as I try to bring to mind her facial expressions, her voice and most of all her personality. We were robbed of all or most of that. When I think of my Peju, I think of light. How her life, brought joy to those around her. She may not have been famous or discovered something new, but her energy of spirit drove all that’s right about this world. Peju you have been on my mind for the last few months and I regret not reaching out, there was something I was sensing, a kind of soul connection. I hope someday, when I sense such connection, I’ll be more inclined to act. Your death is a huge loss to us, but we will hold on to all the memories we created together. Adieu Peju!
