Such sad news, I was lucky to meet Patsy when she came to Stretford a few years ago after speaking to her on the phone countless times. Such a genuine person who had a real passion for her job. Rest in Peace, you will be sadly missed by so many people xx

Angel Patsy, My memories of you will never fade, so full of life and enthusiasm, you always knew how to bring out the best in people and wore the most enchanting smile all of the time. You were everybody’s “go to” because you understood, and regardless of mood before they spoke to you they always left with a smile. You will be so sadly missed, taken from us all far too early. Patsy I'm privileged to have known you and worked with you on Audi many years ago. Amazing lady and truly one of a kind. Always stopped to say hello and give a warm embrace. Always some wise words given and had a massive heart of gold. My last memory is of you blowing kisses as you went a different direction at work.
