Paolo, you played an important role in my life, you gave me guidance and a focus both in my professional career and my own private life. You will always be in my heart. Safe journey Caro !

Paolo was a special person to me. I had the fortune to meet him (back in 1987) 34years ago in Interalumina Venezuela. Always there, pending I did things correctly. Later, I kept my relationship with him as friends. He kept mentoring me and advising me after those years. He helps me to open the gates into the USA in 2006 injunction with another friend Pastrano, (15 years ago) with the Company he helped to form: River consulting. I kept communicating always with him from distance, hoping we could see each other again and return to Venezuela country he loved more than a Venezuelan native, he gave a lot to us there. Then it happens, was too fast you left us, just a few months after he retired. Sorry for your family and friends that won't see you around here again anymore. I’ll miss you a lot.

In the little over a month’s time that I had the privilege of meeting and working with Paolo and his family, I came to know a man of great conviction, passion and love for his work and his family. It is easy to understand how much he will be missed by his friends and family. Godspeed to your soul Paolo, the fight was worthy and you can now rest in piece and comfort. The values you instilled in others will carry them through.

Dear friend Paolo, we are heartbroken by your early departure. You were such an inspirational force in our life and a good trusted friend and advisor. We were fortunate to have you in our life as a brother who was always there for us. Now that the Lord have taken you home we pray for your eternal peace a rest. Until we meet again we will always carry you in our hearts. To Mayra, Bianca, Neville, Pedro and Andy we love you and you are in our thoughts and prayers and we will always be there for you. I was blessed to be a part of the family when I became Andy's roommate in 1999. I can only describe Paolo as a gentle, kind, generous and loving person. He cared so deeply and showed his love to aunty Mayra and the boys and as a matter of fact all who entered his home. He will be greatly missed and I pray that God's comfort will embrace all of you close to him. Rest in perfect peace Poalo. You were a gentleman.

Paolo, you was (and will continue to be) a beacon of love for all of us who had the joy of meeting you. I regard you as “my second father", far beyond imagination and I will miss you deeply.
