Norah Grasso

Not many people touch so many lives but you were one of them, truly unique. Missed and respected by so many. Rest in peace dear friend, and sincere condolences to Agostino & Giancarlo.

I am grateful that I had the chance to work with Norah, when she was in Germany. It is a privilege for me to meet such an inspiring woman. I am very sad, you left too early, Norah… My sincere and deepest condolences to Norah's family.

Hi I only heard today that Norah had died. I was supposed to have "virtual coffee" with her at the end of Sept and when she didn't turn up I thought it was just Norah's busy schedule. A terrible loss for everyone who knew her. Condolences to all. Hugh

This is such sad news. I remember Norah's first day at Cogent (as a consultant sent to integrate us with AMP) and last saw her just over a year ago when we reminisced about the endless Sydney Horizon project and planned the future. A phenomenal change agent with no hesitation speaking 'truth to power' but above all a warm and affectionate human being. Condolences to Agostino and GianCarlo.

Norah has touched my life just like she did so many others. I am very fortunate to have been able to spend the time I did with her and I am better because of it. So inspiring to see she had the same effect on so many. She is missed every day. Elisa and I send our deepest sympathies to Agostino and Giancarlo. You both continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Like so many have already said, Norah really was a force of nature and her boundless energy, drive and determination to get the job done pulled everyone along with her despite the size of challenge faced. I had the great pleasure of working with her closely over the last few year and was struck by how much she cared for everyone involved, always finding time to check in to make sure you were OK and to offer her help wherever she could, fiercely backing her team whenever needed. I will greatly miss our Chelsea chats and her fantastic sense of humour. My sincere condolences to Agostino, Giancarlo and all that miss this incredible lady.

I never had the pleasure of working as closely with Norah as others, but we were like passing satellites at BNPP over almost 20 years. The most time we spent together was probably on the Eurostar in early 2000’s when Norah was on crutches and we shared many thoughts and opinions over a glass or two of wine. My condolences to you Agostino and Giancarlo ... we don’t know each other, and I can’t imagine the sense of loss you must feel, but know that I will always remember Norah with great fondness.
