It is with profound sorrow that the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Kenya informs you of the death of Noëmi Ral on May 20, 2021 in Johannesburg. Noëmi who worked at the Embassy as First Secretary was our ray of light. She was tragically hit by the Corona virus and after battling it courageously she passed away. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and colleagues. We would be grateful if you would register here your message of condolence which will be conveyed to her family.

Ik mis je voetstappen door de gang, je glimlach wanneer je mijn bureau binnen kwam. Je warmte, je dromen, je liefde die je rijkelijk om je heen strooide. Ik zie je zo graag en we hebben geen afscheid kunnen nemen. Het valt zwaar. Het leven zal ik echter opdragen aan jou. Jij was zo vol van het leven dat het overstroomde naar ons allemaal. Zo zal ik jou ook eren. Door het leven op te dragen aan jou. De dood is nooit het einde, maar altijd een nieuw begin. Tot gauw lieve schat! Heel veel sterkte en kracht toegewenst aan de hele familie!
