Deaconess Margaret Omolabake Adigun was born into the Idowu family on the 3rd of November,1948 . She attended Mount Carmel Convent School Ebute Metta, Oranmiyan Grammar School Ile-Ife and Ife Girls High School. She was happily married to Apostle Kunle Adigun. She was a devout Christian and a resilient prayer warrior, having given her life to Christ in 1985. She rendered her service to God by committing herself wholly but silently to support her husband in ministry. She was an incredible wife, a virtuous woman and a wonderful mother. She touched many lives and inspired everyone that God brought across her path during her lifetime. She is blessed with many children, both physical and spiritual. Sweet mum even though you are gone, your sweet memories and legacies will forever be cherished. l am honoured and privileged to have been your daughter and I am sure all your children are proud of you. You came, you saw and you conquered. Sleep on mum, till the resurrection morning. Busola Abiodun

Mummy, although you left us soon, you lived a fulfilled and impacted life. There are testimonies that you also lived a godly life in that you set the feet of your children in the way of the Lord. Daddy (your husband) also testified to your humble and godly life about two years ago during your 70th birthday celebration. You were indeed a great pillar of support behind the success of God's work (the ministry). We pray that God will be with all you left behind and keep all till we meet to part no more.

Sisi mi Labake as we your junior ones calls you when we were young. Deaconess Margret Omolabake Adigun. My beautiful sister, the second born while i am the fourth born of our great mother of mothers late Mrs. Clara Abosede Adewale. We grew up in love with the Cole's, Bisi, bro. Muyiwa, Femi, and my sister's twin sister from her father's side, sister Yinka(mummy Kaduna). On many occassions we visit mummy and daddy Adigun's , bro. Kunle's house in ebute-metta , late pa Adigun was a loving and caring father who loved my sister Labake so much for her quiet, gentle and respectful character Hmmm, My darling sister, you fought the good fight of faith. Yes you did. You won. Jesus came to take you away quietly on that Monday afternoon. The blessed womb that brougth us to this world connected you to me, you sent for me in July last year, though i had the feeling you where having some health challenges in Jan. i tried all i could to connect you but could not. Egbon mi, the last nine months of your life that i spent with you was great. God's grace was all over you, even in pains you look beautiful like a queen, we spent a good time together praying and telling tales that will make you laugh. Your last birthday , you where so happy, gaily and beautifully dressed surrounded by you children biological and spiritual. We planned ahead for this year how you will dance during your thanksgiving service, hmm , it will never come again, but Father God, you still remain God. Whenever i call you queen Adigun, you will smile, You held strongly to your faith in that Wonderful Name Jesus, and your Bible verse that gives you a living faith in Christ Isaiah 41:10 you repeat it always. Sista mi, i never knew you will go home so early, but it pleases our Father in heaven that you come home to rest in a place where there is no more pains and agony. All you told me will forever remain fresh in my memory. A virtuous woman to the core, A selfless and wonderful mother to her children, and her many spiritual children. A quiet, patient, submissive and humble wife to her husband Bro Kunle Adigun If theres any woman like you, i am yet to come across. Goodnight dearest sister, continue to rest with your creator till we meet again on that great day of the Lord when we shall be together for ever. Goodnight mummy Busi. I will miss you forever. Your sister. Pst. Mrs. F.M. Adebayo.

My association with Maggie was over55 years. I knew her when she was girlfriend to Kunle at the time the Adigun family lived at Denton Street in Ebute Meta, the mainland of Lagos. I moved out of Lagos in 1964 after leaving Baptist Academy and returned in 1971 after graduating from U.I to seek employment in Lagos. The period of my absence from Lagos did not severe the relationship between Kunle and myself, and it was on a visit to Denton Street that led me to meet Maggie when she was expecting her first child for Kunle. Maggie was at the C & S church at Okesuna, Lagos where she was taken care of by Captain Abiodun Emanuel who was the founder and head of the church. It is to be noted also that Kunle too was a student at U.I in 1971. It was a chance meeting for me to meet Captain Abiodun's daughter who eventually became my wife. The important thing to note was that Maggie became the contact point between Sede( the name of Captain Abiodun's daughter) and myself. Maggie in fact made Sede's visit to my place possible by escorting and leaving her with me. Over a long period of time and especially when I left Nigeria in 2005, we were not communicating until 2009 that I met Bro Kunle Adigun who visited London on what I would call Christian missionary journey. Maggie's life story is exemplified in Kunle's journey. She persevered, stood her ground in the turbulent times and days and she overcame the odds many as they were. I celebrate Maggie and I would say to Kunle "may you rejoice in the wife of your youth" Proverbs 5 : 18 May her soul find rest in her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that she served devotedly like her husband Bro Kunle Adigun.
