Search for Common Ground -Myanmar is mourning the loss of our dear colleague U Maw Maw Min on 25th of July 2021.Search wants to express our deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones. U Maw Maw Min was a wonderful employee and was the very first staff member of our organization in Myanmar. Maw Maw Min was the best colleague and a person can ask for and an inspiring member of our operation team. He was always very supportive and motivating as a co-worker, we always looked up to him for his creative ideas to overcome the challenges. He will be missed by all of us. You worked so diligently and were available 24/7 to help others. One of the nicest persons I have ever met. You always carried the true spirit of Buddhism in your belief and deed. As mentioned in today's celebration of U Maw's incredible impact on everyone, he was also the first person to meet me and my wife when we moved to Myanmar and the last to say goodbye at the airport. He was nothing but kind from the moment we met and he embodied the warm generosity of everyone there. Our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and the wider Search family. My heart aches to hear this news. It was a great loss for Search as U Maw is very supportive. He always take care the security of our team especially we went to the bank for withdrawal of cash.
