Leonora was a much loved and respected member of the West Essex operational team. She worked with HUC since the transfer of the contract, giving over 26 years of service including her time with the previous Out of Hours provider. She was a caring, considerate colleague who took her role in patient care very seriously, usually working the overnight redeye driving shifts from Harlow. Leonora enjoyed spending time with her family, and particularly enjoyed the company of her grandson as well as looking after her much loved dogs. Those who had the pleasure of working with Leonora know how kind and loving she was, always thinking of others, and she will be very sorely missed by friends and colleagues. I am very sorry to hear about Lorna's passing! A very friendly lady who did not hesitate to help us if she could during our overnight shifts. I got to meet her for the first time last summer after a long time of speaking on the phone! We talked about a lot of things. She will be greatly missed. May you rest in eternal peace Lorna xxx
