Peacefully after a short illness with his family close by, Jim Lyon, aged 94, beloved husband of Joan for 63 years and father of Gordon and Jamie. He crammed a lot in!!!

When I first joined Partick Curling Club there were very few women players and I’ll always remember how welcoming he was to us and how he continued to be nice us engaging us always in conversations. I’m sure his family and friends will be comforted with how well he was liked.
