My condolences go out to the family. I am so sorry too hear of the lost of a dear loved one to this family. Dealing with this situation can be the hardest thing to face. God's word the bible gives heartfelt and true meaning for ones sleeping in death; Revelation 21: 3,4 says: 3  With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4  And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” God also promises a hope for ones to have life again at John 5: 28,29a : Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29  and come out. shocked... you helped me so much in my life, you always made the time. You were an amazing friend in SANDTON and I wish I could have seen you before that day the 13th. I thought of you daily and I cant believe you have gone all those lectures in eating and STOP THE CONDENSED MILK...you helped so many people and myself. Carrot juice you showed me the way. I was planning a trip and collecting papers for a visa oh no. Johannesburg and our time there was the best in my life...xxx

My sincere condolences to Graeme & Janine. A remarkable lady with whom I had many a coffee and sometimes a carrot juice. She was plucky and single-minded in making a success of her business despite many challenges. I hope I helped in some small way. Rest in peace Heather.

Tony and I were saddened and shocked to hear that your beautiful spirit has left this world, our deepest sympathies to Graham, Janine and families. Heather you were one of a kind....wise ,Intelligent ,a wicked sense of humour and fun to be with. Adversity you handled with aplomb. Brave and resolute , your tenacity and work ethic were amazing .I learnt a lot from you......stuff that i would never have learnt elsewhere .Yes the memories are good .You will be sorely missed ,Never forgotten .
