Please feel free to leave stories and notes of condolences for our friend and work colleague Fuat Gayaf, a much loved member of our team since May 2016. Fuat was admitted to hospital in October 2021 and after a long fight he was unable to recover from his illness and very sadly passed away. Fuat was a very popular member of the team, and also a beloved husband, father and colleague. Everyone who knew him comments first on how he was always smiling, asking how people are, knowing everybody’s name, happy to help - a great colleague, and a real pleasure to work with. He will be missed enormously. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues at this terribly sad and shocking time.

Allah rahmet eylesin, Degerli Suat, arkadasimizi, seninle ,2008 de English course ayni sinifta tanistik east finchley, Institute, yillar sonra 2016 da Tate modern da karsilastik ve is arkadasi olarak ,guzel muahhbet ettik. turkiydeki yatirim planlarim ve ailenle ve cocuklarinla planlarini anlattin ve Tate de de calismaktan memnun oldugunu. Soylerdin. Malesef olum zamansiz geliyor bizlere, senin gidisinde bizleri uzdu, yoklugun doldurulmaz , ve aileni ve cocuklarini dahada yerinden yaraladi. Ailenin ve Yakinlarina bas sagiligi diliyorum. Allahtan sabirlar diliyorum ailene, nur icinde uyu , allahin yanindasin. Sevgi ve gulumsemene hatirimizdasin.

Fuat was one of the kindest and most appreciative of colleagues. We often met when I did my walks around the gallery and there was never an occasion when his amazing smile and lovely attitude did not make feel happier. We will all miss him terribly but the memories will be uplifting and long lasting. What a special man he was!
