Dusmanta Chakra was known by various names and acronyms. Dusmanta: son, brother, uncle and loved one. Chaks/ Chakku /Chakra/ Chakra Sir: A beloved colleague, teacher, mentor and friend. Dusmanta meant so much to so many. As a tribute to him, we request you to share your experiences and memories, so we can treasure them for many years to come. Chakra sir was an absolute delight. He was my German teacher in Symbiosis school. I owe my love of language to him. He embodied the spirit of curiosity and learning for personal fulfillment. He would quote Pu La Deshpande in German class! He will be missed.
