Chuck Berry was an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. Probably there would have been no rock and roll without Chuck Berry. Started in 1955 with Muddy Waters, the Everly Brothers and Buddy Holly he became more and more popular. Songs as Maybellene (1955), Roll over Beethoven (1956) Rock and Roll music (1957) and Jonny B. Goode (1958) were massive hits. With writing lyrics that focused on teen life and consumerism, and developing a music style that included guitar solos and showmanship, Berry was a major influence on rock music. Berry has influenced and inspired many music artists, like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys and Bob Dylan. Some of Berry’s songs were adapted and recorded by them.

This month marks the anniversary of the death of your loved one. By this time, the phone calls, visits, and cards have stopped. But the void left from you've one not being there is still there. That's why I wanted to leave some encouraging words with you. May you be comforted by the fond memories you shared and from the comfort from the scriptures.We read in the Bible that Jehovah God will: "Swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” (Isaiah 25:8) Like a father who removes the cause of his children’s suffering and dries their eyes, Jehovah takes great joy in bringing death to nothing! Jesus cooperates with him. We read at 1 Corinthians 15:22: “In the Christ all will be made alive." Revelation 21:3,4 ‘death will be NO more’. I hope these promises or guarantees help to soothe your soul. My condolences go out to the family. I am so sorry too hear of the lost of a dear loved one to this family. Dealing with this situation can be the hardest thing to face. God's word the bible gives heartfelt and true meaning for ones sleeping in death; Revelation 21: 3,4 says: 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” God also promises a hope for ones to have life again at John 5: 28,29a : Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out. To the Family and Friends of Chuck Berry, What a truly gifted talented man. Everyone has a gift but, it is exceptional when you realize your gift and share it with the public. I was very young when I first heard Mr. Berry's music. Even at a very young age I appreciated the rock n roll sound! He was magnificent artist. I pray you find comfort in knowing God will soon end all causing of suffering, including death. Revelation 21:3 & 4.
