Bernadette, you were an amazing manager, colleague and person! I'm grateful for all that you've taught me and done for me over the years! You have played a significant role in my life and I'll forever be grateful for you! You are truly missed and seeing everyone at your funeral was a true testament to the amazing, loved and respected person that you were. Condolences to your family, rest in paradise xxx

I only met you a couple of times, through my best friends your brother Michael, and his wife Karen. You were a lovely person to talk to and I remember you had the biggest smile. I consider myself blessed to have to met you and send my deepest condolences to your family. God Bless x

Dear Bernadette - we did have some laughs over the years! you always stood out as a person who never really took anything too seriously and kept your head when everyone around you was losing theirs! You were a quiet encourager and knew a lot more than most people knew. We shared our children's stories and although we never worked in the same team you were always a friend. I was so saddened to hear of your passing - but I guess as you look back over your life you will have a little smile over all the lives you touched in a positive way :-) I will forever smile when I mention your name and remember how you used to make me laugh and put everything back into perspective - GOD BLESS xxxx

To a beautiful Soul, thank you for all the help and support you gave me. Never moaning or judging when I did not know how to do something. I'll be there in a minute is what you would say and you always were. We would often laugh at our messy sons. Dearest Bernadette, I will miss our chats about the law and the Judges and my cases, and the best places to shop for food bargains! You were always so helpful in sorting out my locker, laptop, bundle, oyster and everythingelse that needed organsing! My heart is sad but I am glad that you are out of pain and now in a better place. What a loss to Hackney but heavens gain...rest well xxx
