I remember the happy times we all had as a family when Rebecca was growing up. The holidays, birthday and Christmas get togethers. Part of her lives on through her beautiful daughter Bella. Far too young to die, but her memory will live on through everyone who loved her. ❤️

Becky brought much happiness to my life. I only wish that things had turned out differently for her at the end as certain people had a negative affect on her and this was too much for her.

This is so difficult for me to write and I have tears in my eyes as I’m doing it. I only wish Rebecca was here to understand and comprehend what she meant to all her family and friends, old and new, and to hear all the amazing things they are saying about her. Born on 9 October 1986, she was the absolute apple of her mum and dad’s eyes. She certainly could do no wrong and they were incredibly proud of her. They loved and cared for her as she grew up in to a beautiful and stunning young woman, more than she would ever know. Her mum Mary and I had so many conversations about Rebecca and her life. Her mum was always fiercely protective of her, which I loved. So many times we laughed and cried together over her. I know that Rebecca was absolutely devastated when her mum passed away. She struggled so much with this and I don’t think she ever got over it, but she did learn to live with it as she knew how much her mum loved and cared about her. I also know that when Rebecca’s brother Chris was born, she was so unbelievably proud of him. She protected him all her life and they shared some great times together and these should be cherished. The bond that she and her brother had is so difficult to put into words, but I know that although they drove each other mad at times (as most brothers and sisters do) it was a very very unique and special relationship and like all of us Chris will miss her so much. Although Rebecca and I lost touch over the years, I do know that she was so immensely proud when her beautiful daughter Bella was born. Someone who she adored and loved for ever and who both became the best of friends. Rebecca can rest assured that she is now being cared for by her amazing and loving dad, Auntie Angie and brother Chris. In the early years, I shared so many happy and funny memories with Rebecca and her family. Just a few to mention, holidays abroad (Spain and France), birthdays and Christmases. Yes, Rebecca’s parents Michael and Mary put on the most amazing events on such occasions and Rebecca was always at her best at such times. My son Adam, would keep me up to date with what Rebecca was up to in her life. I know they both had many conversations on Facebook over the years and for that I’m so grateful. So, so many times, I wanted to reach out to Rebecca, but didn’t have the courage to do it. Let that be a lesson to all of us. Do it and “don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today”. I regret and have so much remorse that I didn’t make more effort to see her. She had the most incredible family and friends in the Jones’s and O’Neill’s. They were always there for her no matter what. For all those Bablake girls who I know Rebecca adored, who stuck by her through thick and thin and who she shared so many precious memories with. These were happy times for Rebecca, so I can only thank them all for the help and support they gave to Rebecca. Simply Rebecca , there are not enough words to describe you. Loving, caring, affectionate, enthusiastic, adored and incredibly intelligent. Someone who was passionate about life and knew who own mind. I will find comfort in the treasured memories we had together.

Our beloved niece Becky We will call our niece Becky as that’s what we’ve always called her. Along with the rest of the family, we are so desperately sad that she is no longer with us. Over the years, especially her younger ones, we have endless happy memories of family holidays, especially on the Norfolk Broads which was her beloved Nana and Papas favourite holiday destination. October half term was the traditional time for the Jones family holiday, be it on a boat or in a lodge on the beloved Norfolk Broads or wherever else we went to. So many precious memories that can never be forgotten. Being with Becky when she gave birth to her wonderful daughter Bella who has grown into such a fantastic teenager was absolutely amazing and a wonderful experience. Life has dealt Becky with more than her fair share of challenges, but we should remember the good times and support Bella, Christopher and Michael. She is thankfully at peace now. Never forgotten, always in our hearts. RIP Becky ❤️❤️❤️

It's hard reading some of the things that have been said about my daughter but I'm so very grateful to everyone who has provided a glimpse of, deep down, who Rebecca really was. I named her Rebecca as her mum was in hospital when I registered her birth and to me that's who she'll always be even though she hated it when I used her full name. The smiling, fun loving and caring little girl whom I remember posing in her new school uniform when starting her school life at Davenport Lodge is the real Rebecca and that memory will never fade. She loved her brother and the bond the two of them had was special. When he managed to lose us all on a beach in the South of France when he was a small toddler, his big sister was beside herself with worry and was inconsolable until he was finally found. That big sister turned into a mum and despite whatever else was going on in her life, Bella was her World. As unbelievably proud as I am of my granddaughter, the pride my daughter felt for the child and now teenager whom Bella has become, knew no bounds. There is much more I'd love to add, all of which my daughter would laugh out loud to think her old dad would say such things about her, but I'll stop and treasure the memories and just add that my daughter really, really treasured the true friends she had from school, university and work. To Rebecca her friends meant everything to her. To those of you who want to come to the funeral to pay your respects and know of others who may want to come as well, please contact my son.
