You changed the narrative with your words: “Every day is a plus one — a chance to take one more step forward.” You gave to all, loved fiercely, and constantly reminded us to stay united and grounded in faith. And in your own quiet way, you cheered us on through life’s many seasons. “That’s my son!” you would say with pride, even over the smallest win. “Whatever you do, make me proud.” You celebrated every milestone — even the most negligible ones — with joy and warmth, proudly saying: “That’s my boy.” We know you were tired — you fought long and hard for us. But as human as we are, the Oliver Twist in us still pleads for one more plus one… just one more day. Yet we take consolation in knowing that God knows best — and you deserve to rest. So we hold on to the moments and memories, to the words and wisdom you left behind. Though our hearts are heavy, we hold fast to your prayers, your grace, and your enduring spirit. Dear Auntie Amelia, As a childhood friend of Araba, I was always very impressed by how present you were in your family's life despite being so far away. Your dedication and love to your family were truly inspiring. Your departure will leave a big void, but your love and legacy will continue to shine brightly in their lives. I will never forget your words to me when my mother passed away, 10 years ago. You expressed your deep affection for her and how much Takoradi would feel so empty without her. As you begin your journey to the other side, I pray that your paths will meet again, and you will rejoice and remember the good old days. You have fought a good fight. You have lived a good life. We will keep Uncle Bernard, your children and grandchildren in our prayers. May you rest in peace and in the bosom of the Lord.

Dear Grandma, My heart aches to hear of your passing. You have been the sweetest and most amazing grandmother I could ever ask for. Thank you for your stories, the memories, your joy, your love, and always encouraging me in everything that I did. You left such an impact on me and others which we are all blessed to have had in our lives. We miss you and mourn you but are blessed to have gotten to know such a beautiful woman like you.
