A perfect gentleman, as he was with impeccable personalities, we lost in him a person with great human quality, intelligence, and fortitude. He visited me once in my Planning Commission office and I was charmed by his depth of knowledge and humbleness. He promised me that next time he visits Bangladesh in connection of the preparation of CPD, he will talk to me again. This reminds of the famous saying that “Man proposes, God disposes”.
May his soul rest in peace. And our thoughts and prayers are with his family members. You will be sadly missed.
