Steve joined QA almost four years ago and built a reputation as a great Learning Programme Director, specialising in developing PPM learning programmes and supporting clients to realise their capability improvement strategies. Feedback from his learners was tremendously positive, his energy and experience was present in all his interactions with our clients. Steve’s ability to engage with a client and take time to truly understand their objectives resulted in many successful long term client relationships. He will be sorely missed by all his colleagues, especially those he worked closely with in The Learning Consultancy and PPM community. Steve was diagnosed with a terminal condition just two weeks ago and doctors thought that he had a little more time. His death has therefore come as a real shock to his family.
