Dad I miss you so much, especially your smile when I walked thru the door. I enjoyed the time we spent together talking about you growing up in Vermont, your time in the military and the years you spent as a mechanic. I remember our trips to Vermont and you showing Kim and I where you grew up in Graniteville and the granite quarry where you worked, time spent at Peacham and Coles Pond. I remember camping at Fisheating Creek and you teaching Kim and I how to fish and boat rides in the Everglades. I treasure the moments when you taught me how to stamp leather and the beautiful designs you created. I will always be grateful you welcomed my friend Joanna as your family. I remember your face would light up when you spoke to Sean and Kristen about your past and they collected feathers for Boppy for fly tying. Dad you taught me to be strong and that family is important. Over the years we became close and for that I am grateful. I will never forget the many times you squeezed my hand and said “I love you girl.” I miss you so much Dad and I will love you forever.
