Dear colleagues and friends. Please use this Book of Condolences to share your thoughts and memories of our wonderful Ramona. As we cannot be together during these uncertain times, this is a place where we can express our love and respect for our dear friend. As Ramona touched so many of our lives I'm in no doubt there will be many happy memories and photos to share. Although there is an option to share content widely on social media, can I kindly request we don't share outside of this platform to ensure that everyone's personal thoughts and memories are contained in this safe place. In those pre-SAP days, I'd always take my annual and study leave card to Ramona as she would help me correct any mistakes before anyone else noticed! During those moments, I fondly recall that she would talk about the West Indian Cricket team. Since 2002, whether it was at WH or ES, if I was on Ramona's floor, I'd always try to find her because she was fun to be around and she had time for people irrespective of how busy she was.
